God's Beauty

Isaiah 33:17
Your eyes will see the king in his beauty and view a land that stretches afar.

Psalm 27:4
One thing I ask from the LORD, this only do I seek: that I may dwell in the house of the LORD all the days of my life, to gaze on the beauty of the LORD and to seek him in his temple.

Pudding!!!

Chocolate Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 Tbsp cornstarch
  • Pinch of salt
  • 2 cups Almond Breze
  • 1 large egg
  • 4 ounces semi-sweet chocolate chips (I used 1/4 cup chocolate)
1 Whisk together the sugar, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and salt in a heavy 2-quart saucepan. Gradually whisk in the milk. Bring to a boil, whisking constantly, and boil, whisking, until pudding is thick, about 3 to 5 minutes. Remove from heat.

2 Immediately beat the egg lightly in a medium, heat-proof bowl, such as a hard plastic or ceramic mixing bowl. Very gradually add the hot chocolate mixture to the egg, whisking constantly. Whisk in the chocolate chips until they are melted and the mixture is smooth.

3 Pour the pudding into the ramekins or cups. If you want, cover the surface of each of the pudding cups with some cut out wax paper to prevent a skin from forming on the top of the pudding. Refrigerate, covered, until cold, at least 2 hours.

Pancakes

Hey Y'all,
Here is an awesome pancake recipe my friend gave me. The pancakes are flat because I did not put baking powder in them. I hope y'all like them.;)

Pancakes
1 cup rice flour
2 tbsp sugar
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg lightly beaten
1 cup Almond Breeze
2 tsp oil

Mix flour, sugar, baking powder and salt into a bowl.
Bet in Almond Breeze until mixture has a smooth consistency.
Add the beaten egg and oil and mix until just blended.
let sit in bowl for 1-2 minutes in bowl (this will make sure pancakes don't crumble)
This is suppose to make 12 pancakes
time: 12-15 min

Psalms 28:7

The Lord is my strength and my shield; my heart trusts in him, and he helps me.
My heart leaps for joy, and with my song I praise him.
